Operation TOKHANG (Toktok-Hangyo) has led to the surrender of local residents who are involved in the widespread sale and use of illegal drugs to Mayor Martin Gerard Villamor.

They each signed an Affidavit of Understanding to desist from future acts detrimental to the local community.

While this is the first step for the total eradication of this perennial problem, this cannot be solved without the support and vigilance of every Carmenanon.
